Exciting News from Trinity Church!
The following message was sent by Trevor, our Communications Director, to the congregation via Flocknote on June 17, 2022. To receive Flocknote messages from Trinity Church, click here.
A few weeks ago in our Friday Flocknote, I told you that we'd be working to refresh some of our communication tools over the summer. I'm writing today to tell you about some of those exciting changes!
First, I'm excited to announce
that we have a brand new website!
Our website address remains TrinityUMBD.org, but everything looks new and different.
Be sure to explore for yourself, but here are four things I'd like to highlight:
Accessibility Features
View text larger, change the contrast, make the page dyslexia-friendly, and more by clicking or tapping on the accessibility tools button in the bottom left corner. This works on any device you use to view the website.
Please note that some of these tools do not work with the website calendar.
Chat with Us
Use the chat button in the bottom right corner as an additional way to contact the church office. The chat feature is powered by Facebook Messenger, but you do not need a Facebook account to use it.
Watch Online Worship
Just like before, you can watch Trinity's worship services live or later on our website, Facebook page, or YouTube channel.
Check it out at: TrinityUMBD.org/onlineworship.
Mental Health Resources
After an overwhelmingly positive response to last month's mental health worship series, we're excited to share a brand new collection of videos, articles, and blog posts related to mental health that were provided to us by Emily Johnson.
Check it out at: TrinityUMBD.org/mentalhealth and watch to see how the page improves!
At the same time, we are also beginning to use a new, refreshed logo for Trinity Church, which you can see on the website, Facebook page, and at the top of this email. Watch for things like letterhead, pew cards, and other branded materials from the church to be updated in the coming months.
I hope you're as thrilled as I am about these changes,
and I'd love to hear any questions or constructive feedback you have.
I'll be back in your inbox next week with a full Friday Flocknote, but in the meantime, have a blessed weekend!
Best,
Trevor Thom
Communications Director

P.S. - You may have noticed the three bold banners on our church property. Through funding offered by United Methodist Communications, we were able to obtain these banners for free - and only had to pay the cost of shipping. It's our hope that these new banners proclaim a message of welcome to everyone who passes by or enters our building each day!
