Journaling Session
Thursday, May 9 at 5:45pm
This class will follow Pastor Eric’s May 5th sermon (part of our Mental Health Worship Series) on finding your place and distress tolerance skills. You’ll learn the benefits of journaling, different types of journaling, how to start journaling, and we’ll end with a time for individual practice and engagement in our own journal writing. There is no cost for this 30-45 minute event.
Pre-registration is preferred and all ages are invited. You are welcome to bring your own journal or use one that is provided.
